Pricing & Surcharges
Everything that can affect your final price.
Standard hire fee
Base hire fee starts from $100 per mascot. Prices vary by character — see each character's page for exact pricing. Prices may also vary by day of the week and availability.
Security bond
A refundable bond hold (from $100 per mascot) is placed on your card 3 days before pickup. It is not charged — it is a temporary hold. Released within 7 business days of return if the costume is undamaged.
Extended hire
The base hire period runs from your pickup day to the following Wednesday. If you need the costume longer, additional weeks are charged at $100 per mascot per week. Select your return date at checkout — the extra fee is calculated automatically.
Late return fee
Costumes must be returned by your confirmed return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges equivalent to one extra hire period. If you need to extend your hire, contact us before your return date.
Damage fees
If a costume is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the security bond may be partially or fully captured. Severe damage beyond the bond amount may incur additional charges. All costumes are photographed at pickup and return.
Character swap admin fee
If you need to swap to a different character after booking, a 5% admin fee applies (subject to availability). Price differences between characters are also charged or refunded accordingly.
